​By pioneering the mobile shop in the gate industry, we are equipped to instantly set up command on site & haul in a tremendous amount of gear.  Jacob designed, built out and equipped a 28' 1.5 ton rig to function as an eco-friendly mobile shop & office independently, and it has become a hot topic. This large mobile workshop sports 16' of work benches, special diagnostic tools, four large tool cabinets, probably the largest parts inventory on hand anywhere in the world, a large solar array on the roof, a desk with a computer & dual monitor system, along with mobile wifi, while also providing safety equipment, refreshments, heating/cooling, and shelter for his team to take breaks in from extreme elements.  This visionary and bold adaptation has made Jacob and his team extremely efficient; it also allows for industrial installations to be done all over the U.S..

Reliable Vehicle Detection Sensors

Another infamous devise, often the bane-of-existence of commercial property owners & managers; the ground loops is a gate operator accessory that Jacob & his team are exceptional at installing for long-term dependability.  We start with industrial-grade triple-insulated material, special built tools, proprietary practices, paired with proper installation techniques, proper sealing, proper terminations, attention to all the details, high quality loop detectors that include filtering, and an understanding of the scientific dynamics of loop fields.  We also keep the special equipment on hand to test and diagnose existing ground loops.

Reliable Vehicle Exit Sensors

Often called a "probe" or "exit wand", a faulty vehicle exit sensor is one of the most common homeowner headaches, because, frankly, most installers typically begin with a cheap brand and then do not follow proper protocols required to install them correctly.  These devises are not forgiving on the installation, resulting in the following symptoms:  a) the gate randomly opening & closing on it's own, b) the gate stuck in the open position, or c) total failure (non-responsive).  Jacob & his team know how to do it right the first time for long term dependability.

911 Ambulance & Fire Entry

Seconds matter when a fire truck or ambulance is trying to reach you behind your gate.  If there isn't a convenient way emergency personnel can trigger your gate to open, often their only option is to damage your expensive gate & automation equipment. At a minimum, such activity delays emergency personnel, as they attempt a forced entry. There are devices explicitly created for these situations, and these devices save time, lives, property, and prevent costly damage.  These devices keep your gate secure while allowing fire and rescue teams to trigger your gate to open.

Finding Buried Lines

We are one of the few in this industry that carry the special equipment used to find and track the location of a buried line you may need to locate. We can also find the location of a brake in a line underground, so you know where to dig to make the repair.
